Please note this is a seasonal rental only. This beautifully renovated 2/2.5 fully furnished unit comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay on Island Paradise. The unit is completely renovated with marble on the first floor and hard wood in the bedrooms upstairs. All bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. The screened in patio has a gas grill which comes in handy if you're in the mood for a bbq. Located just steps from the beach and the community pool. The Island has several restaurants, a community center gym, classes on the Village Green daily, biking trails as well as walking trails both around the Island and in the State Parks. There is also a community shuttle which can take you any where you'd like to go on the island or maybe you prefer to rent a golf cart
